Takedown Requests

At Nevada Templates, we are dedicated to respecting the intellectual property rights of others, and we comply fully with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Our commitment to these principles ensures that all content on our platform is legally shared and used. If you believe that any content available on the Nevada Templates website infringes upon your copyright or the copyrights of someone you represent, we urge you to notify us through our designated process.

Submitting a Takedown Notice

To initiate a takedown request, please send a detailed email to dmca@nevadatemplates.com. Your email should contain a clear identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed upon, a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our site (preferably with URL links), your contact information including address, telephone number, and an email address, a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and a physical or digital signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Process Following a Takedown Notice

Upon receiving a proper takedown notice, Nevada Templates will promptly investigate the complaint and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material claimed to be infringing. Nevada Templates also reserves the right to notify the content provider or webmaster of the takedown notice, giving them an opportunity to submit a counter-notification. It is our policy to document all notices of alleged infringement upon which we act.

Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to send us a counter-notification. This communication should include your name, address, and telephone number, a description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled, and your physical or digital signature.

Please send your counter-notification to dmca@nevadatemplates.com. Upon receipt of a counter-notification that meets these requirements, Nevada Templates may reinstate the material in question, unless we first receive notice from the original complaining party that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on Nevada Templates’ website.

Our aim is to address all concerns regarding copyright infringement in a timely and effective manner. We strive to resolve disputes quickly to minimize disruption and to maintain the integrity of our platform. For all parties involved, Nevada Templates seeks a fair and balanced resolution, upholding the principles of copyright law and protecting the rights of all stakeholders.
